What does Enlumen actually do?
Enlumen gives you Mira, an AI energy assistant. She reads and explains your home's energy — solar, battery, thermostat, and rates — in plain language. The one thing she acts on, autonomously, is scheduling your EV charging into cheaper hours, and only if you turn that on.
What can Mira control?
Just EV charge scheduling, and only when you opt in — per vehicle, off by default, reversible anytime. Your solar, battery, and thermostat are read and explained, never changed automatically.
How much will I save?
We won't show you a guessed number. Most tools throw out a savings estimate before they know how your home actually runs — we'd rather earn the figure. Mira validates your savings against your first full billing cycle, then shows you the real number, measured against your own bill. Until then, she's reading and explaining your energy so you can see exactly where your money goes.
Which devices work?
Tesla (solar + EV) and Lennox at launch, with more to come. You connect them with a secure sign-in.
Do you store my passwords?
No. You connect devices with a secure sign-in, and we don't store device passwords.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don't sell your data.
When do I pay?
Not at signup. Reserving takes only your email. You add a card at launch, and a 30-day free trial starts then — so your first charge, if any, is a month after launch.
What does “$14 for life” mean?
If you're one of the first 100 founders, $14/month stays your price for as long as you stay subscribed — it never rises to $19. The founding rate is tied to keeping your subscription active: if you cancel, signing back up later is at the standard price.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Cancel during the trial and you're never charged.

Is my data secure?
Devices connect over secure sign-in with no stored passwords, and our credentials are kept in a managed secrets vault.
